Standing Seam Metal Roof System

A standing seam roof system is a popular choice for commercial and residential buildings due to its durability, longevity, and aesthetic appeal. This type of metal roofing features vertical metal panels with raised seams that interlock to create a watertight barrier. The panels are typically made from steel, or copper, known for their weather resistance and low maintenance requirements. The standing seam design, with hidden fasteners that do not penetrate the metal panels, helps prevent leaks and maintain a sleek appearance. Standing seam roofs are also energy-efficient, fire-resistant, and able to withstand extreme weather conditions. With a modern and clean look, standing seam roofs come in a variety of colors and finishes to complement different architectural styles. Despite a higher upfront cost, the long lifespan and minimal maintenance needs make standing seam roof systems a cost-effective and attractive roofing option for many building owners.

DaVinci/Brava Synthetic Shake

Synthetic Brava composite shake roofs are a popular roofing option known for their durability, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal. These roofs are made from a blend of recycled materials, such as rubber, plastic, and cellulose fibers, offering a sustainable and eco-friendly alternative to traditional roofing materials. Brava composite shake roofs mimic the appearance of natural wood shakes but require minimal maintenance and are resistant to rot, mold, and insect damage. They are also fire-resistant and can withstand extreme weather conditions, making them a reliable choice for homes in various climates. With a range of colors and styles available, synthetic Brava composite shake roofs can enhance the curb appeal of any property while providing long-lasting protection and peace of mind for homeowners.

Optional upgrade for Park City/Wasatch

OSB bonded 2″ ISO insulation, turning the roof system into a “Cold Roof”. When snow hits a typical “warm roof,” it quickly melts and runs down, freezing at the edge and potentially causing ice dams. Ice dams, also known as icicles, can put pressure on the roof and damage shingles, structure, siding, etc., leading to leaks. In contrast, a cold roof stays cool in winter, preventing snow from freezing and forming ice dams. Inadequate ventilation and insulation can result in condensation on ceilings and walls, potentially damaging wooden fixtures and furniture and posing health risks. Excess moisture can cause mold and decay, particularly in high-moisture areas like kitchens and bathrooms. A cold roof helps prevent melting and refreezing, reducing humidity issues and minimizing interior damage in the long term.

Roof Repair

Roof replacement is not always the best option if a few repairs can be made to prolong the life of the current roof system. This will allow for maximum return on investment of the current roof system while providing time for budgeting towards the new roof system.

Residential

Asphalt shingles, wood shakes, Standing seam metal and R panels, Synthetic tiles and shakes – Pipe flashing/Flue flashing removal and replacement, Valley maintenance, swamp cooler/roof unit reflashing/maintenance, roof-to-wall flashing maintenance, ridge cap removal and replacement, Ventilation maintenance and upgrades, Snow and Ice melt mitigation(heat cable removal and replacement),

Commercial

Diagnosis on complete commercial roof system,  HVAC unit curb flashing maintenance and replacement, pipe flashing replacement, termination bar maintenance and replacement, parapet cap replacement and maintenance, patches for TPO/EPDM/PVC systems, liquid applied roof patches and maintenance, ballast system maintenance,

Service/Maintenance

service contracts with quarterly scheduled roof inspections to prevent/mitigate any damage that will result in leaks, structure damage, and premature roof replacement. A well-serviced roof can and will last for the allotted life from the manufacturer.
